Xiaomi presented the Mijia Robot Vacuum 5 Pro robot vacuum cleaner

Xiaomi's Mijia sub-brand has announced Robot Vacuum 5 Pro, a new robot vacuum cleaner aimed at the premium segment.

The robot vacuum cleaner has AI-enabled cameras, an infrared camera, and a lidar. The AI-based computer vision system is capable of recognising 200 types of objects and 47 categories of dirt.

The vacuum cleaner is able to refill detergents and water from the docking station and self-clean with hot water.

The declared suction power is 23,000 Pa. Two brushes (main and side brushes for hard-to-reach places) and a mop are responsible for cleaning. A retractable robotic arm is used to clean corners. The body of the device is quite low (9.5 cm), which makes it easy to get under furniture.
