Vivo teases its augmented reality headset Vivo Vision MR, the announcement is expected in autumn
At the Boao Forum for Asia 2025, Vivo unveiled its first mixed reality device, the Vision headset, which looks like the Apple Vision Pro: a curved design with a darkened glass front. There are several cameras below to capture the environment and track gestures. And comfort is provided by an elastic headband with a soft fit. An interesting move, given that Apple itself is having problems with Vision Pro sales.

Vivo product manager Han Boxiao decided to stir up interest in the headset by posting a photo of the headset and stating that Vivo Vision fits very comfortably on the head, and the augmented reality interface is fast and smooth, which ensures very quick adaptation to the headset. apart from the fact that the headset uses AI technologies from Blue Technology Matrix (for example, the BlueOS operating system), nothing else is known. The creation of a news occasion is perceived by specialised publications as a sign of an imminent announcement. Vivo has not yet announced the official premiere date, but it is expected to take place this autumn.
