Rumour: LEGO Star Wars is preparing to release a new Death Star for $1000: photos of the set appeared on Twitter
The first images of the new flagship LEGO Star Wars set, a detailed model of the Death Star from the Ultimate Collector Series, have been posted on Twitter. According to the leak, the set has the number 75419, contains 9023 parts, 32 character figures and is aimed at adult users.
The model is made in a section that allows you to recreate iconic scenes from the original Star Wars trilogy. Inside, you can see the Emperor's throne room, stormtrooper rooms, a cell with Leia, a hangar with a shuttle, a superlaser control room, and other recognisable Star Wars locations.

But the main treasure for collectors is 32 minifigures. Among them are several variants of Luke, Han Solo and Princess Leia, as well as Chewbacca, C-3PO, R2-D2, Emperor Palpatine, Darth Vader, Director Orson Krennic and Galen Erso from Rogue One, Grand Moff Tarkin, Admiral Motti (the one Darth Vader chokes with the Force in A New Hope), General Tagge, Colonel Wolfe Yularen (a nice bonus for fans of The Clone Wars), protocol droid 5D6-RA-7, Death Star shooter, Imperial Royal Guard, crew members, stormtroopers (including a "spa" version with a hot tub) and Imperial advisors in purple cloaks with a new LEGO hat element.
The box also features the appearance of the Death Star in space, as well as nine small scenes with detailed interiors. The official release is expected to take place later this year, and the price will reach about $1000, making this Death Star one of the most expensive LEGO sets in the history of the Star Wars series.

LEGO Star Wars
LEGO Star Wars is one of the most successful and longest-running LEGO licensed series, launched in 1999 after the signing of an agreement between The LEGO Group and Lucasfilm. The series covers all major Star Wars films, spin-offs, as well as animation and game projects of the franchise.
The range includes sets in various formats: from simple and child-friendly models to large Ultimate Collector Series (UCS) sets with thousands of pieces and a high level of detail. Among the iconic releases are the UCS Millennium Falcon, Imperial Star Destroyer, AT-AT and several variants of the Death Star.
A special feature of the series is a large number of unique character minifigures, many of which have become collectors' items and have significantly increased in value on the secondary market. LEGO Star Wars is consistently among the company's top most profitable areas and has its own media projects, including cartoons and video games created in the recognisable Lego style.
