Vivo unveils V60, a new mid-range smartphone with a focus on photography

Vivo has introduced the V60, a new mid-range smartphone with a focus on photography. It features a 6,500 mAh battery with 90W fast charging. Despite this, the device remains thin - about 7.65 mm, weighing from 192 to 201 g depending on the colour.

The main highlight is the triple camera with ZEISS optics: 50 MP Sony IMX766 main module with OIS, 8 MP ultra-wide and 50 MP Sony IMX882 periscope with 3x optical zoom and ZEISS Multifocal Portrait function. The front camera is 50 MP.

The photo component is supported by a rounded at the corners, bright 6.77" AMOLED display with a resolution of 1.5K, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits.

Inside, there is a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 (4 nm), up to 16 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Running on Funtouch OS 15 with Android 15, the manufacturer promises 4 major OS updates and 6 years of security updates.

The case is protected according to IP68 and IP69 standards, has stereo speakers, and a fingerprint sensor under the screen. FuntouchOS boasts AI functions: Image Expander, Smart Call Assistant, Captions, spam blocking.
