Mortal Kombat 1 and Marvel's Spider-Man will headline a new selection of games for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers

Sony has published a list of games that PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers will get next week.

Here's What We Know

The Japanese company has prepared a great selection of games this time around, including popular titles such as Mortal Kombat 1 and Marvel's Spider-Man, as well as the new meditative adventure game Sword of the Sea.

The list of games that will join the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium catalogue from August 19:

• Mortal Kombat 1 (PS5);
• Marvel's Spider-Man (PS4, PS5);
• Sword of the Sea (PS5);
• Earth Defence Force 6 (PS4, PS5);
• Unicorn Overlord (PS4, PS5);
• Atelier Ryza 3 Alchemist of the End the Secret Key (PS4, PS5);
• INDIKA (PS5) (careful, the game is of Russian origin!);
• Harold Halibut (PS5);
• Coral Island (PS5).

Two cult horror games (not remakes) - Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3: Nemesis - will be available on the Premium Tier at once

From 19 August, the following games will leave the PlayStation Plus library:

• EA Sports UFC 5 (PS5);
• Star Wars Jedi: Survivor (PS4, PS5);
• The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (PS4, PS5);
• Wild Hearts (PS5);
• RIDE 5 (PS5);
• Sword Art Online: Last Recollection (PS4, PS5);
• Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker (PS4);
• Sword Art Online: Alicisation Lycoris (PS4);
• Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet (PS4);
• Sword Art Online: Hollow Realisation (PS4);
• Sword Art Online: Lost Song (PS4);
• Vacation Simulator (PS4, PS5);
• Bugsnax (PS4, PS5).
