Clapperhead Studios is expanding the audience for indie horror game Zoochosis and has revealed its release date on Sony consoles and EGS.

Here's What We Know

The authors reported that the unusual game 2024 will be released on PlayStation 4 and 5, as well as in EGS already on 25 August - at the same time as the release of a major update, which will introduce additional animals and a significant improvement in gameplay.

As a reminder, in Zoochosis, the main character is a zookeeper who goes out for his regular night shift and discovers that the animals entrusted to him are infected with Parasites, which turn them into creepy bloodthirsty monsters and distort the bodies of the once cute animals.

The player needs to figure out which animals are infected and administer a vaccine to them without falling victim to them.

Zoochosis received mixed reviews due to its modest technical execution and very short duration, but gamers unanimously note the unconventional and interesting concept.
