Simon Lukasik, a well-known artist and game designer (co-author of Bulb Boy and Poopdie), revealed the release date of his first independent game Bad Cheese, which stylistically resembles the shooter Mouse: P.I. For Hire, but is made in a completely different genre.

Here's What We Know

Bad Cheese is a psychological horror game, made in the style of Disney cartoons of the 30s era. The game will release on 1 September on MS, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch of both generations.

In the plot of Bad Cheese, little Mouse lives an ordinary life and goes about his daily routine, but one day he is left alone with his crazy father, who is aggressive even on the smallest of occasions. Protagonist must continue to keep the house clean and tidy, look for sweets and toys and fulfil his father's errands without making noise and without making his parent angry, otherwise there will be trouble. But most importantly, Mousey has to deal with his fears.

The game looks somewhat grotesque, but it has a certain charm.

Bad Cheese demo is already available on Steam.
