Girl with deadly bubbles: Borderlands 4 authors revealed Harlowe's abilities

Gearbox has unveiled the fourth character of the co-operative shooter Borderlands 4.

Gamers have already been introduced to Siren Vex, veteran paramilitary group Tediore Rafa and brutal Amon, now it's time for another heroine.

Here's What We Know

The developers showed the abilities of Harlowe - a scientist and engineer, who can manipulate gravity and create force fields with different effects with the help of clever mechanisms. For example, Harlowe can submerge an enemy in a bubble to move them to another location or simply tear them into atoms.

Some of Harlow's fields have the dual effect of enhancing her allies and damaging her enemies, which will be especially effective in large battles.

When We Can Expect It

Borderlands 4 will release on 12 September on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, while the Nintendo Switch 2 version will be released on 3 October.
