It's official: Samsung will start rolling out a stable version of the One UI 8 firmware in September
Samsung has revealed the timeline for rolling out a stable version of the One UI 8 firmware based on Android 16.
Here's What We Know
The Korean manufacturer said that it will begin the gradual release of the release version of One UI 8 as early as September.
As expected, the first smartphones of the flagship Galaxy S25 series will receive the update, after which the company will roll it out to other compatible gadgets.
Five One UI 8 beta tests have already taken place on the Galaxy S25 models and the sixth stage is expected to be the final one soon.
Note that buyers of the flagship foldable smartphones Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 are the first to get the stable version of One UI 8, as these gadgets are sold with the shell pre-installed.
