Atmospheric strategy game Republic of Pirates will be released on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series on 25 September

Polish studio Crazy Goat Games has announced the release date for the console versions of the Republic of Pirates strategy.

A new gameplay trailer revealed that the pirate strategy will be released on PS5 and Xbox Series on 25 September.

Recall, Republic of Pirates was released on PC in June 2024 and received good reviews. The player needs to take care of not only the development of his own pirate fleet, but also to build a prosperous settlement. For this purpose in Republic of Pirates there are more than a hundred types of unique buildings and a complex system of resources, which allows you to develop individual elements of industry and trade with neighbours.

There are two options in the game: you can solve problems either by diplomacy, negotiating with other pirates, or by force, using your fleet. In addition to the prepared story missions, the game features an advanced map editor, which allows you to create your own stories.

In the console versions of Republic of Pirates the developers slightly redesigned the interface and made the control convenient for gamepad users.
