In the summer of 2024, Fallout: London was released on GOG - a large-scale fan mod for Fallout, which is comparable in size and quality to a full-fledged game from a major studio. London not only became the fastest distributed game in the history of the GOG shop, but also allowed the developers to open a full studio and start development of the first commercial project.

GOG has promised to add more global mods to its service and today the platform introduced One-click Mods.

Here's What We Know

Gamers are offered a free system that allows them to install fan-favourite mods for classic games with literally one click without the risk of picking up malware, as all of them (mods) are carefully selected and verified by GOG.

The top tittle of the first selection of GOG One-click Mods is S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly is a popular global conversion of the shooter S.T.A.L.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat. It makes the game as complex as possible, adds new mechanics and animations, restores cut content, adds story and improves graphics.

Also available in GOG One-click Mods are the following mods:

  • Belzebub for Diablo + Hellfire;
  • SWAT: Elite Force for SWAT 4: Gold Edition;
  • RealRTCW for Return to Castle Wolfenstein;
  • GMDX for Deus Ex: GOTY Edition;
  • Ashes 2063 for DOOM II;
  • KeeperFX for Dungeon Keeper.

As a reminder, in addition to the new mods, One-click Mods already has available:

  • Horn of the Abyss for Heroes of Might and Magic 3: Complete;
  • The Phobos Mod for DOOM 3;
  • The Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines Unofficial Patch for Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines;
  • Fallout: London for Fallout 4.
