Acer has unveiled the TravelMate X14 AI lightweight business laptop with extensive support for AI features

Acer unveiled many interesting new products at IFA 2025 in Berlin, including the low-cost but powerful Iconia X12 and Iconia X14 tablets and the ultra-light Swift Air 16 laptop.

Another interesting offering was the TravelMate X14 AI (TMX414-51), a notebook aimed at small and medium-sized businesses. The device is part of the new Copilot+ PC ecosystem that combines performance, mobility and smart Windows 11 Pro features.

Here's What We Know

The TravelMate X14 AI gets an Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor that delivers up to 115 TOPS of processing power for AI-related tasks.

The laptop supports up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB PCIe SSD storage. The device weighs just 1.27kg and is 15.9mm thick, making it convenient for working outside the office.

The TravelMate X14 AI has a 14″ screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio and is available in WUXGA or OLED, with brightness up to 500 nits and TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification. The housing complies with the military standard MIL-STD 810H and is resistant to vibration, humidity and temperature fluctuations.

Intelligent features include Recall (preview), Click to Do, Cocreator in Microsoft Paint, Live Captions for real-time multi-language translation and enhanced search. Video communication features include Acer PurifiedView 2.0 and PurifiedVoice 2.0 technologies and DTS:X Ultra-enabled speakers.

Security features include Acer UserSensing 2.0, which automatically locks the screen when the user leaves. Among the interfaces available are Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, 2 Thunderbolt 4 ports, USB 3.2 Type-A, USB 2.0 Type-A, HDMI 2.1 and Ethernet.
