Funcom studio has released the second content update for the popular survival simulator Dune: Awakening.

Gamers are offered both free innovations and the first DLC Lost Harvest.

Here's What We Know

The update has been given the general name "Chapter 2" and adds new quests to the game, which continue the main plot. In addition, the developers have replenished the selection of cosmetic items, added a few items for building, fixed bugs and worked on the overall technical state.

As for the Lost Harvest add-on, it costs about $15 (depending on the region) and includes the following content:

  • a new mode of transport with unique animations;
  • three large imperial test stations - dungeons full of dangers, mysteries and valuable items;
  • four construction items for the base;
  • cosmetic items.

But the most important thing is a set of additional quests united by an independent plot. Players will go on a rescue expedition, which immediately goes not according to plan.

Gamers managed to criticise Lost Harvest because of too short duration and a modest set of bonus items. The DLC has only 36% positive reviews.

Dune: Awakening is available only on PC.
