Cool photos guaranteed: the latest OPPO Find X9 Pro flagship will get an impressive array of cameras, including a 200 MP periscopic sensor

A reputable Digital Chat Station insider has revealed the impressive camera specs of the unannounced OPPO Find X9 Pro flagship smartphone.

Here's What We Know

The insider has learnt that one of the first Chinese novelties with the latest Dimensity 9500 chipset will get the following set of sensors:

  • front camera: 50MP;
  • main camera: 50 MP (LYT828, sensor size 1/1.28");
  • ultra-wide-angle camera: 50 MP;
  • periscopic camera: 200 MP (HP5, sensor size 1/1.56", aperture F2.1);
  • additional macro sensor: 2 MP.

Support for long-focus macro shooting and a 3P+3P internal focus system is provided.

OPPO Find series head Zhou Yibao said that the company has worked with Hasselblad to develop a special photo module for the Pro version. The standard version of the Find X9 is also expected to get its own unique camera configuration - possibly an industry first.

When We Can Expect It

The Find X9 series is expected to be unveiled in China in October, with a global release on 28 October.
