vivo has officially confirmed that the new flagship X300 Pro will feature a completely reimagined flash that changes intensity depending on the shooting mode. Depending on the focal length - 24mm, 50mm and 85mm - the light intensity and beam will change, with the brightness at 85mm increased by 60% compared to the previous generation.

This is the first smartphone to also use light diffusion technology, which allows objects to be evenly illuminated at a medium distance (50mm), providing natural lighting even when taking night portraits, which is a challenge for any camera. Combined with its proprietary "Flash Portrait" algorithm and VS1 chip, Vivo claims to achieve the effect of studio lighting right on your smartphone.

Interestingly, the X300 Pro will also be the world's first smartphone to feature dual UFS 4.1 4-Lane, which provides read/write speeds of up to 8.6GB/s - 70% faster than standard configurations. This is especially important for processing large photo and video files.

Other innovations include:

  • A new linear-type vibration motor that outperforms previous models in terms of strength and speed
  • Hardware signal amplification: proprietary chip for mobile communication + 4 chips for Wi-Fi amplification
  • BOE Q10 Plus display with 1 nit ultra-low brightness support
  • X300 will have a 200MP main camera and a 50MP LYT-602 telephoto shooter, both with Zeiss technology
