Insider: iPhone 18 will get a slimmed-down Dynamic Island - and that will be the only design change
Barely started sales of the iPhone 17 lineup, as the first rumours about the next generation of Apple smartphones appeared on the network.
Their technical specifications are still unknown, but insider information shed a little light on the company's approach to the design of iPhone 18.
Here's What We Know
Insider Setsuna Digital reported that the iPhone 18 series, which is due out in 2026, will not offer significant design changes. It's more likely to be a slight refinement rather than a redesign.
It is reported that the iPhone 18 may get a smaller Dynamic Island notch, with less space for the front camera and Face ID sensor.

According to some rumours, future iPhone models will feature sub-screen cameras and move towards the concept of using the entire smartphone's front-facing space, as many Android device makers have been doing lately.
However, this doesn't seem to be the case with the iPhone 18, as the sub-screen camera technology may only appear in the iPhone 19.
