Tactical game Commandos: Origins is available now on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One

Publisher Kalypso Media and Claymore Game Studios have announced the release of the tactical game Commandos: Origins on last generation consoles.

Earlier the authors stated that "no one should be left behind the legendary series" and here Commandos: Origins is already available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Unfortunately, like on modern platforms, the game suffers from poor optimisation and poor performance. Perhaps the technical state of Commandos: Origins will be fixed with patches.

Flashback

Commandos: Origins brings the focus back to the once-popular tactical game series. Users will once again take control of a squad of unique characters and conduct military operations behind the scenes of the Nazi army and their allies. These will be tasks to eliminate officers, sabotage, reconnaissance, steal documents and rescue important people.

Commandos: Origins offers a variety of locations, from the Arctic ice to the sands of Africa. The game features co-operative play, both online and on a single screen.
