DJI introduces new ultra-compact action camera DJI Osmo Nano
DJI has officially unveiled the Osmo Nano, its most compact action camera yet, weighing just 100g and measuring 51×38×25mm. It features a 1/1.3" sensor capable of recording 10-bit 4K video at 30 frames per second. The camera supports HDR shooting, RockSteady 3.0 stabilisation and HorizonSteady, a feature that steadies the horizon even when tilted and rotated.
The 800 mAh battery provides 90 minutes of 1080p recording and 60 minutes of 4K recording. The camera has a touchscreen display for easy operation and supports voice commands and gestures. The DJI Mimo app lets you edit videos, add effects, and live stream. The camera also supports vertical shooting, which is useful for social media. The following shooting modes are supported: Timelapse, Hyperlapse, Slow motion, Clone effect, Story mode with templates for quick editing
Osmo Nano has a magnetic mount that makes it easy to attach to clothing or metal surfaces. It is also waterproof (IPX4) and can withstand submersion up to 10 metres, making it suitable for action photography.
The price in China is 1,299 yuan (~US$180). The camera is available in two colours: black and white.
