OpenAI launches ChatGPT Pulse - a daily personalised selection, carefully selected by AI

OpenAI presented ChatGPT Pulse, a mobile service that analyses personal data (chats, calendar, mail, contacts) on a daily basis and issues a selection of cards with useful information every morning. It can be anything from the results of your favourite team's football match to a reminder to visit the doctor.

Pulse is currently available only to Pro users, but a wider release is planned for the near future. The company says that it is a transition from a reactive chatbot to a personal agent that offers ideas and actions.

In the demo, the user was prepared a jogging route to be on time for a dinner together, placed an order in a dairy-free restaurant, and even formulated tasks after the trip.

Of course, for this, ChatGPT asks for more access to personal data. ChatGPT uses your chat history, calendar events, and emails in your inbox to build this personal database.
