MSI has expanded its gaming display lineup by introducing the MAG 272QP QD-OLED X24 in China, a 26.5″ monitor that combines Samsung Display's advanced technology with MSI's engineering.

Here's What We Know

The monitor is built on a QD-OLED matrix with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels and a refresh rate of 240Hz. Response time is just 0.03 ms (GtG), which is confirmed by VESA ClearMR 13000 certification - this makes the model attractive for cyber athletes and fans of dynamic competitive gaming.

The MAG 272QP covers 99% DCI-P3, 98% Adobe RGB and 138% sRGB, ensuring accurate colour reproduction. Maximum brightness in HDR mode reaches 400 nits, while True Black 400 support ensures deep shadows and contrast.

The proprietary OLED Care 2.0 technology prevents pixel burn-in, including automatic shifting of static interface elements. Instead of a fan, a graphene heatsink is used for silent cooling.

The monitor is equipped with HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4a, USB-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The stand is height adjustable (up to 110 mm), supports ±30° rotation and portrait mode. A VESA mount is also available.

TÜV Rheinland certification confirms low levels of harmful blue light and no flicker, which reduces the strain on vision during prolonged use.

For now, the MAG 272QP QD-OLED X24 monitor is only available in China at a price of $420 (converted from RMB).

A global release is expected in the coming months.
