Chevrolet dealer gives away guns and American flags as bonuses for car purchases
The Chevrolet dealership in Post Falls, Idaho, launched an unusual promotional campaign. Instead of another round of low interest rates or trade-in bonuses, the dealership used weapons and the power of patriotism.
What is known
Visitors enthusiastically embraced the campaign. Since the start of the campaign, many people have been photographed with the flag and rifle. It seems that the weapon is stored in the showroom for such festive photos — judging by the pictures, the same shotgun was used in at least five different photographs.
This is logical because Knudtsen Chevrolet technically does not give away guns directly. Instead, customers receive a voucher for a free flag and a $500 credit at a specialized store.

New Chevrolet owners will find a decent selection of firearms there. While you can't buy much for $500, you can complement your new Silverado with a Springfield Hellcat pistol for $550. Or add a little more and get a Colt Commander for $950. Hunters can count on a Ruger American for $620 or a Remington 700 for $700.
The unusual promotion will last until the end of October.
