LG Electronics has introduced a new model in the premium TV lineup — the LG Magnit Active Micro LED, featuring an impressive 136″ diagonal screen.

The novelty combines advanced display technologies, a high refresh rate, and a powerful audio system.

What is known

The TV is based on Active Matrix Micro LED technology, where each pixel is controlled individually, ensuring maximum color accuracy, deep blacks, and uniform brightness across the surface. The screen diagonal is 136″, the resolution is 4K UHD (3840×2160), and the refresh rate reaches 144 Hz, which is especially important for dynamic scenes and games.

To enhance visual perception, LG applies special surface treatment that reduces glare and enhances contrast to 1,000,000:1, making the image as realistic as possible. LG Alpha 9 Gen6 AI's proprietary processor handles image processing, and the webOS operating system provides access to streaming services and intelligent features.

The audio system includes 4.2-channel sound with 100W power and eARC support, allowing external audio devices to be connected without loss of quality. Dolby Vision support is also announced, and the screen is TÜV Rheinland certified for color uniformity and viewing angles.

LG Magnit Active Micro LED will go on sale on October 21, 2025, in South Korea and later appear in North America. The price has not yet been disclosed, but given the model's premium segment and technical level, it may compete with top systems like Samsung The Wall and Sony Crystal LED, which cost several hundred thousand dollars.
