OnePlus Ace 6 presented: a powerful sub-flagship with AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 8 Elite and 7800 mAh battery
In addition to the flagship smartphone OnePlus 15, the Chinese brand has also unveiled the sub-flagship model Ace 6.
What we know
The novelty offers excellent features and decent performance, while being significantly cheaper than the flagship.
The smartphone is equipped with a 6.83″ flat AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800×1272 pixels, a refresh rate of up to 165 Hz, and a peak brightness of up to 1800 nits. The screen supports 10-bit color depth, TÜV Rheinland Eye Protection 5.0 certification, and low-flicker PWM dimming.
The device is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite (Extreme Edition) chip, manufactured using a 3-nm process, with integrated Adreno 830 graphics. The smartphone is available with 12 or 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and from 256 GB to 1 TB of UFS 4.1 storage.
The main camera includes a 50 MP Sony IMX890 sensor with optical stabilization, as well as an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle module with a 112° field of view. The front camera is 16 MP.
The 7800 mAh battery supports 120 W fast charging and bypass charging mode, which is especially relevant for gamers. A Glacier Cooling system with a vapor chamber is used for cooling.
The OnePlus Ace 6 body is made with a metal frame and is certified to IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K standards. An ultrasonic under-screen fingerprint scanner is also provided.
The smartphone runs on ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.

- 16/512 GB — $480
- 16 GB/1 TB — $550.
It is expected that in the global market the smartphone could be released under the name OnePlus 15R.
