Activision is launching a free week again in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6
Activision urgently announced the repeat of the promotion with free access to the main content of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and this time the decision is related to the launch of the free-to-play RedSec mode in Battlefield 6, which starts today.
What is known
The American developer announced that from October 28 to November 3, all interested parties can try out the multiplayer and “Zombies” mode in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 — the 2024 shooter.
Unlike the previous promotion, the Black Ops 6 campaign is not available for free, but more than forty maps, numerous modes, and a Halloween event are offered.
Considering this is already the second such event in less than a month, it can be argued that Activision sees a serious competitor in Battlefield 6 and fears that the shooter from EA will distract gamers from the release of Black Ops 7, which will take place on November 14 on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
