Sales of the exclusive G-SHOCK MRG-B2000KT-3A watches from Casio have started in Japan.

What is known
The MRG-B2000KT-3A watches refer to the tsuba — the guard of a samurai katana, which over time became a decorative element reflecting the owner's status. Casio collaborated with engraver Masao Kobayashi, who manually applied the image of the mythical Phoenix bird on the bezel using traditional Japanese relief engraving shishiai-bori.
Each bezel is unique: it goes through stages of forging, carving, embossing, and tinting, making all copies unique.
