LG has released the UltraGear G8 gaming monitor with a curved 4K display and 165Hz
LG has introduced the new UltraGear G8 37G800A-B gaming monitor for the US market. The device features a 36.5-inch curved VA display with a resolution of 3840×2160 pixels (4K UHD) and a refresh rate of 165Hz. The monitor is available on Amazon US for $800.
What is known
The display has a 1000R curvature radius, 1ms GtG response time, covers 95% of the DCI-P3 color space, and is VESA DisplayHDR 600 certified, providing brightness up to 600 nits.
It supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and VESA AdaptiveSync technologies, offering refresh rate synchronization for stable image transmission. Gamer-focused features include Dynamic Action Sync, Black Stabilizer, and an on-screen crosshair.
The model is equipped with the following connection interfaces:
