Oppo introduced the Magnetic Halo Flash Light — an unusual smartphone accessory that combines the functions of a flash and a constant fill light. The device is aimed at mobile photography, vlogging, and live streaming, offering flexible lighting settings and integration with the proprietary camera app.

What is known

The accessory is housed in a silver-white body with a magnetic mount that allows quick attachment to the smartphone. The ring design provides uniform lighting, especially necessary when shooting portraits.

Technical features:

• maximum flash brightness: up to 2200 cd/m²;
• fill light brightness: 200 cd/m² at a distance of 0.5 m;
• color temperature: from 3000K to 9000K, three levels;
• 8 levels of brightness adjustment;;
• when activating the camera on Oppo smartphones, auto-connection is available;
• Bluetooth connection.

The device integrates with the Oppo camera app, allowing the user to smoothly adjust brightness and lighting modes. Partial compatibility with the iPhone is also declared, although functionality may be limited.

The 500 mAh battery provides 40 minutes of operation for the Magnetic Halo Flash Light in lighting mode.
