The new Philips Evnia monitor with a QD-OLED panel, WQHD resolution, and 240 Hz debuted in Europe
Philips has expanded the Evnia line of gaming monitors by introducing the Evnia 27M2N6501L model in Europe. The novelty features a third-generation QD-OLED panel, a high refresh rate, and professional color accuracy, while remaining one of the most affordable models in its class.
What is known
The Evnia 27M2N6501L is equipped with a 26.5” screen with a resolution of 2560 × 1440 pixels (WQHD) and a refresh rate of 240 Hz, making it an excellent choice for esports and dynamic games. The response time is 0.3 ms (GtG), and the contrast ratio reaches 1,500,000:1 thanks to QD-OLED technology.
The monitor supports a 10-bit color depth, covers 99% of DCI-P3, 98% of Adobe RGB, and 147.5% of sRGB, and its color accuracy is claimed to be at a Delta E < 2 level, making it suitable not only for gamers but also for designers, editors, and artists.
The Evnia 27M2N6501L has received ClearMR 13000 certification, confirming minimal image blur in motion. The monitor also offers proprietary Ambiglow lighting, a USB hub, support for HDR10, and gaming modes.
The monitor is already available on the European market at a price of around €500, making it one of the most affordable QD-OLED displays with WQHD and 240 Hz.
