SpaceX launched 28 Starlink satellites on new Falcon 9 rocket from California

On Sunday, November 23, SpaceX successfully launched a new Falcon 9 rocket, which delivered 28 Starlink satellites into orbit. The launch took place at 3:48 AM Eastern Time (08:48 GMT) from the SLC-4E pad at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.

What is known

This was the debut of the first stage of the rocket with serial number B1100. Approximately 8.5 minutes after launch, this stage landed on the autonomous platform "Of Course I Still Love You" located in the Pacific Ocean.

Exactly 1 hour and 19 minutes after launch, the Starlink satellites of group 11-30 were successfully deployed into low Earth orbit. They joined a network of over 9,000 devices providing global satellite internet coverage.

This launch was already the second of the weekend – a day earlier, on November 22, SpaceX launched another 29 Starlink satellites from Cape Canaveral, marking its 150th Falcon 9 flight in 2025.
