Samsung is working on a new model of the Odyssey OLED G6 gaming monitor, the official premiere of which will likely take place at CES 2026. The new model has already received NRRA certification in South Korea, as evidenced by a database entry with model number S27HG61.

What is known

Judging by the index, this monitor will be a successor to the S27FG60 model introduced this year. Like its predecessor, the new G6 will likely have a 27-inch QD-OLED panel with QHD resolution. Samsung is expected to improve the display brightness, update DisplayHDR certification, and add new software features.

The current version of the Odyssey OLED G6 supports a 240 Hz refresh rate, displays up to a billion colors, has HDR10 and HDR10+ certification, and comes with an ergonomic stand with height, tilt, swivel, and rotation adjustment.

According to insiders, the 2026 model may become the most affordable OLED version in the Odyssey lineup, while still maintaining key features for gamers.
