Humanoid robot AgiBot A2 earned a place in the Guinness Book of Records — he walked over one hundred kilometers.

What is known

AgiBot A2 traveled 106 km from Suzhou (Suzhou) to the North Bund waterfront in Shanghai (North Bund, Shanghai).

The robot moved non-stop, followed all the traffic rules and overcame the urban bustle of the metropolis.

Since one charge of AgiBot A2 would last only three hours of walking, during this walk the engineers performed a “hot” battery replacement on the go.

Thus, the developer company Zhiyuan Robotics demonstrated the robot's capabilities and proved its stable operation, ability to navigate the space, and safety for others.

The company noted that in 2025 it sold over 1000 AgiBot A2 robots, and surely after the mention of the android in Guinness World Records, more people will be interested in purchasing it.
