A video is spreading on the social network X, where Tim Cook holds a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and says it works better than 'BugOS 26' – as some users call iOS. In reality, it's a deepfake created using artificial intelligence.

What is known

The author of the video, a user on X with the nickname Noah Cat (@Cartidise), wrote that he used the Nano Banana Pro tool to make shots with Cook and the Samsung smartphone.

The video shows Apple's CEO standing by the Samsung stand, touching the screen of the Galaxy S25 Ultra, speaking calmly, and looking recognizable. The appearance, glasses, even the light and shadow look plausible. If you don't look closely, the video seems real. Only upon close inspection is it noticeable that the shadows are not entirely accurate, and hand movements are a bit unnatural – these are common signs of AI-created videos.

The phrase about 'BugOS' became the main part of the joke. In the comments, users are actively sharing the video, discussing the quality of AI, and joking that Cook might actually be interested in Samsung smartphones.
