The iconic western Red Dead Redemption (2010), which was exclusive to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 for many years, is now officially available on all modern platforms.

What's known

Rockstar Games announced the release of a slightly updated version of the famous action game on Android and iOS.

The game is ported to mobile devices retaining all content, as well as with an adapted interface and full implementation of touch controls.

RDR is available for free to Netflix subscribers, just like Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy.

Additionally, the game received native versions for PS5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch 2. Previously, RDR could be run on these platforms via backward compatibility, but now the game features improved performance and can offer some graphical improvements and supports unique features of these devices. A pleasant bonus for PlayStation users is the fact that RDR is now included in the PS Plus Extra catalog.
