TikTok has announced the launch of a new feature, Shared Collections, which allows sharing saved content with friends or family. Users can together save ideas for holiday decor, recipes, or gifts. A collection can be created only if there is mutual subscription. The feature is now available for all users aged 16 and over worldwide.

What is known

The company also announced another novelty called Shared Feeds, which will appear in the coming months. It will allow users to view a collection of videos selected based on shared interests, such as sports or winter activities. The feed will be formed by the preferences of both users, including what they like, watch, or comment on. The Shared Feed will update daily with 15 new videos.

After viewing, users can see which clips they both liked in the Shared Likes section. The feature resembles the Blend tool from Instagram Reels.
