Samsung is preparing a huge 130” Micro RGB TV — it will be unveiled next week
Samsung is not going to give up leadership in the premium TV market to competitors. Earlier, the Korean manufacturer announced the Micro RGB 2026 series, but at that time a maximum diagonal of 115” was declared. However, the company is preparing an even larger panel.
What is known
Samsung Electronics will present the flagship 130” TV from the Micro RGB line at The First Look event, which will take place on the eve of the largest international consumer electronics exhibition CES 2026.
Details are not yet available, but it can be expected that since Samsung is implementing Micro RGB technology, independently backlit red, green, and blue LEDs less than 100 microns in size will be installed in the TV. This technology provides precise lighting control and better color reproduction compared to conventional LED panels, and also ensures deep black color.
Samsung will surely add extensive AI capabilities, such as image upscaling or adjusting brightness to lighting and viewing angle, but exact information will be available next week, as CES 2026 will be held from January 6 to 9.
