In 2026, Xiaomi Will Stop Supporting Six Popular Smartphone Models (List)

Xiaomi has revealed the smartphones that will next receive EOL (End of Life) status and will stop receiving security patches, making them vulnerable to cyber threats and leakage of users' personal data.

The device support termination schedule is as follows:

• early 2026 — budget Redmi 12C;
• March 2026 — Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro (for them, the last major update will be HyperOS 3), Redmi Note 12 5G (HyperOS 2);
• October 2026 — Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro.

The smartphones will continue to function normally, but Xiaomi recommends considering purchasing a more current device.
