Unexpected poster revealed Forza Horizon 6 release date

Information has unexpectedly appeared online about what has long interested fans of racing games — when the Forza Horizon 6 release will take place.

What is known

The release date of the ambitious arcade race was revealed not in a spectacular trailer or even in a public announcement from Playground Games or Xbox, but in an in-game news poster in the previous part of the series — Forza Horizon 5.

According to a screenshot shared by a surprised gamer, the release of the new game, which will take place in Japan, is set for May 19, 2026, and buyers of the Premium edition will be able to start racing 4 days earlier — on May 15.

The official announcement will likely be made next week as part of the Xbox Partner Preview presentation, where Playground Games will hold a detailed gameplay showcase of Forza Horizon 6 (and Fable).
