Sony introduced LinkBuds Clip Open — stylish open earbuds with clip-on mounting, high autonomy, and three operating modes
Sony has released LinkBuds Clip Open — a new model in the lineup of open earbuds for those who want to listen to music and stay in touch with the surrounding world simultaneously. The novelty has a clip-on mounting that allows the earpiece to be secured outside the ear without blocking the ear canal.
What is known
LinkBuds Clip Open use an open design that allows sound to remain natural while external noises remain audible. This approach makes the model convenient for city walks, sports, and working in the office. The earbuds support a 10-band equalizer through the Sony Sound Connect app and have three preset modes for different types of audio content.
Comfort is provided by a flexible C-shaped loop that adapts to the shape of the ear and ensures a stable fit even with prolonged wear.
Sony equipped the new item with proprietary sound enhancement technologies, including DSEE and AI-based voice processing algorithms. To enhance call clarity, a bone conduction sensor is used, which helps separate speech from background noise. The battery life of LinkBuds Clip Open reaches up to 9 hours on a single charge, with an additional 28 hours added by the case. The earbuds are dust and water-resistant according to IPX4 standard.
The model is available in four colors: black, gray, green, and lavender.
The price of LinkBuds Clip Open is available in the USA, Canada, the UK, and the EU at $230/ £180/ €200.
