Great news: Google extended Pixel Tablet support by two years

Google announced great news for Pixel Tablet owners. The company updated the tablet page and indicated new terms for its software support.

Android updates for Pixel Tablet were supposed to end in June 2026, but it is now stated that the gadget will receive patches until June 2028.

Thus, tablet support will last five years, and users can count on Android 18 and maybe even get Android 19.

Let us remind you, Pixel Tablet debuted in 2023 and stands out among other tablets with its docking station that performs three tasks:

• it is a panel for wireless charging;
• a convenient stand for vertical tablet installation;
• Bluetooth speaker.

Unfortunately, for now, Google does not plan to update the Pixel Tablet lineup.
