Take-Two has published a quarterly report, in which it once again talked about the phenomenal sales of its two games — Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption 2.

What is known

The American publisher informed that both of Rockstar's crime action games continue to sell in huge quantities, many years after release. In the last quarter, GTA V sold 5 million copies, and RDR 2 — 3 million. Thus, the total sales of the games amounted to 225 and 82 million copies sold, respectively.

Recall that GTA V was released in 2013 and spanned three generations of consoles, and besides an excellent single-player mode, it offers an immersion into the criminal world of GTA Online, which regularly receives major updates.

In turn, RDR 2 remains probably the most detailed and realistic game for eight years, and new secrets are still being discovered that amaze gamers.

Both games are regularly available at huge discounts, and RDR 2 sales may soon rise even more, as insiders are confident that a native version for PS5 and Xbox Series will be released soon, as well as the western release on Switch 2.
