Presenting iQOO 15 Ultra — a gaming flagship with a powerful cooling system, 7400 mAh battery, and 144 Hz screen

iQOO has introduced the gaming flagship smartphone iQOO 15 Ultra with a focus on maximum performance — it is the brand's first model with a built-in fan.

What is known

The smartphone features a large 6.85” Samsung M14 OLED display with 2K resolution, 144 Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness up to 2600 nits.

The device operates on the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, complemented by a Q3 graphics chip, and is equipped with a 7400 mAh battery, which is enough even for long gaming sessions.

In the top configuration, up to 24 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.1 flash memory are available.

The main feature is the Ice Dome cooling system with a mini fan measuring 17×17 mm. Thanks to this, iQOO 15 Ultra can maintain stable 144 FPS in games, even if the user is simultaneously streaming. For gamers, triggers with a 600 Hz response rate, powerful vibration feedback, Dolby Atmos stereo speakers, and RGB lighting of the camera module are provided.

The cameras also did not disappoint: the main module is complemented by a 50 MP Sony periscope lens with triple optical zoom and optical stabilization. The battery supports 100W fast wired charging and 40W wireless charging.

Another feature of the iQOO 15 Ultra is the unique design of the smartphone: the back panel is made using new Texture on Fiber technology, which creates a ripple effect depending on the tilt angle of the device.

The price of the novelty starts at approximately $820 (converted from yuan). The model is currently launching only in China but may later appear on international markets.
