PocketBook has released a new reader, PocketBook InkPad One, with a large 10.3” E Ink screen, aimed at those who read professional literature, work with documents, or prefer maximum reading comfort on a large display.

What is known

The PocketBook InkPad One features an E Ink Mobius screen with even backlighting and an anti-glare coating, providing comfortable reading in any light. The large display makes it easy to work with PDF files, textbooks, drawings, and tables, as well as comfortably read fiction in large print. The device supports the proprietary adaptive backlighting system SMARTlight, which allows you to adjust the color temperature.

The reader runs on the Rockchip RK3566 chipset and is equipped with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory. It supports a large number of text and graphic formats without conversion, including EPUB, FB2, PDF, MOBI, and DJVU. The device is based on the lightweight and fast PocketBook OS, which ensures smooth page turning and long battery life, not only due to low energy consumption but also due to a 3700 mAh battery. Charging the PocketBook InkPad One is done via USB-C.

The body of the PocketBook InkPad One is made in a minimalist design, and the weight of the device remains relatively small for a 10” reader, making it convenient for prolonged use. The model supports Wi-Fi for synchronizing books and working with cloud services such as PocketBook Cloud and Dropbox, and comes with a stylus, which can be used to make notes on book pages.

The cost of PocketBook InkPad One is €300.
