Xiaomi 17 and 17 Ultra: European prices, configurations and release date revealed by reputable insider before announcement

It is expected that the global versions of the basic Xiaomi 17 smartphone and the photo flagship Xiaomi 17 Ultra will be presented at MWC 2026, which will take place in Barcelona in early March.

We have already reported on the speculated prices for these gadgets, and now the reputable insider billbil-kun has revealed how much European buyers will have to shell out, and we have no reason not to trust his information.

What is known

As previously reported, the smartphones will indeed retain all the specifications of the Chinese models, except for the batteries, which will have a smaller capacity:

• Xiaomi 17: 6330 mAh instead of 7000 mAh
• Xiaomi 17 Ultra: 6000 mAh instead of 6800 mAh.

According to billbil-kun, the European lineup will have a different set of colors. If there are four options available in China, the basic Xiaomi 17 in Europe will be released in black, blue, pink, and a new green shade of Venture Green, which will replace the white color of the Chinese version. Meanwhile, the pink and the 256 GB version will appear only with a limited number of retailers.

Xiaomi 17 in Europe will be sold in the following options:

• 12 GB + 256 GB;
• 12 GB + 512 GB;
• colors: black, green (Venture Green), blue (Ice Blue), pink (Alpine Pink).

Configurations and colors of Xiaomi 17 Ultra:

• 16 GB + 512 GB;
• 16 GB + 1 TB (limited availability);
• colors: black, white, and green (Starlit Green).
