ASUS unveiled an updated ExpertBook lineup that features a top-tier processor, improved battery life, and enhanced security features.

What's known

The ExpertBook B3 G2 is a powerful AI-oriented Copilot+ PC available in 14- and 16-inch display versions.
Its high performance is ensured by current processors up to the Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 3 with integrated graphics and an NPU providing up to 50 TOPS of computing power for AI tasks.

The built-in AI features include ASUS MyExpert, Microsoft Copilot+, and intelligent noise cancellation, which enhance workflow efficiency and video conferencing quality.

The laptop supports up to 96 GB of DDR5 RAM and SSDs up to 6 TB in total capacity, ensuring high performance for multitasking and handling large datasets.

The ExpertBook B3 G2 is equipped with an IPS display up to 2.5K with a refresh rate of 144 Hz, and the 14-inch version offers a touchscreen option. For video calls, there is a camera up to 5 MP with an IR module, and a system of two microphones and speakers with DIRAC technology ensures clear sound.

The laptop chassis meets the military standard MIL-STD-810H and is designed for operation in challenging conditions, while the ExpertCool cooling system maintains stable performance under load.

ASUS paid special attention to security: the ExpertGuardian architecture provides multi-level protection, including compliance with NIST SP 800-193, TPM 2.0, dual firmware recovery, tamper protection, and cloud recovery. The laptop also receives five years of BIOS and driver updates, which is important for corporate clients.

Other important parameters include support for Wi-Fi 6E/7, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, and batteries with a capacity of 50 or 63 Wh.

The laptop has already started hitting retail networks. The price depends on the configuration and region but is positioned as an affordable solution for businesses and educational institutions.
