52 inches of happiness: the giant LG UltraGear evo 5K2K gaming monitor is now available for pre-order
LG has launched the giant UltraGear evo gaming monitor (52G930B-B), which was announced at the end of 2025 and first presented at the CES 2026 exhibition.
The device is now officially available for pre-order and is definitely worth checking out.
What is known
The UltraGear evo (52G930B-B) is the world's largest gaming display with a resolution of 5K2K (5K2K resolution means an ultra-wide image format where the horizontal resolution is at the 5K level and the vertical is at the 2K level). It features a curved 52" VA panel with a 1000R curvature and a resolution of 5120×2160 pixels, providing a wide working space and high detail.
The refresh rate reaches 240Hz, making it attractive to eSports athletes and demanding gamers. The monitor supports DisplayHDR 600, covers 95% of the DCI-P3 color space, and offers a 1 ms response time, reducing blur in dynamic scenes.
For connectivity, there are DisplayPort 2.1, HDMI 2.1, and USB-C ports with Power Delivery support up to 90W, allowing the monitor to be used as a docking station for laptops.
The monitor costs $2000. LG offers a bonus for the first buyers — by placing a pre-order by March 22, you can receive a $200 gift card. Deliveries start at the end of March 2026.
