Subnautica: Below Zero Dives onto Mobile—Explore Icy Depths and Uncover Secrets on Android and iOS Now!
Unknown Worlds Entertainment studio has great news — the survival simulator Subnautica: Below Zero is now available on Android and iOS.
Last year, the developers ported the original Subnautica to mobile devices, and now it's time for its standalone expansion.
What is known
Subnautica: Below Zero is already available for purchase on Google Play and the App Store for only $9. The authors transferred all the content from PC and consoles, but adapted the interface and implemented full-fledged touch control, not forgetting about the possibility of connecting a controller.
The developers released a launch trailer that tells the game’s story, and we remind you that the action takes place two years after the events of the first game.
Scientist Robin Ayou secretly arrives on the icy planet 4546B to uncover the truth about the death of her sister Sam, who worked for the Alterra Corporation. Exploring frozen biomes, underwater depths, and abandoned bases, Robin discovers traces of Alterra experiments and encounters an alien intelligence — an architect named Al-An, whose conscious “imprint” is stuck in digital form.
Players will not only need to monitor oxygen supplies and search for resources to expand the base, but also take care of heat sources, as the main character quickly freezes in the icy waters of the unexplored planet.
