ASUS Unveils Mini-PC ExpertCenter PN55: Compact Powerhouse with Ryzen AI 400 and Wi-Fi 7 for AI Tasks
ASUS announced the new ExpertCenter PN55 mini-PC, highly appreciated by those who work with AI, language models, and large data sets.
Desktop-level performance in an ultra-compact case
The main feature of the device is the AMD Ryzen AI 400 series processors with an integrated XDNA 2 neural accelerator, providing up to 55 TOPS computational power for AI tasks. This allows for local operations—from content generation to intelligent file search—without the need to connect to cloud services.
Despite ultra-compact dimensions (approximately 130×130×34 mm), the PN55 offers performance on par with a full-fledged desktop PC. Configurations include up to 12 CPU cores, up to 96 GB of DDR5 RAM, integrated Radeon 800M graphics capable of working with four 4K monitors at once, and equipped with two M.2 slots for SSDs with a capacity of up to 2 TB. If desired, a version without memory and storage for self-assembly is available.
Simple connectivity, flexible use
Support for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, as well as the availability of several USB ports and two LAN interfaces make the mini-PC a versatile solution for business tasks, as well as media content creation.
Ports are located all over the case. The front panel has the power button, one USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C port with a speed of 10 Gbps, two USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports with a speed of 10 Gbps, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. The rear panel includes one USB4 port with 100W power support, one USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A port, one USB 2.0 Type-A port, HDMI 2.1, two DisplayPort 1.4 ports, two 2.5G LAN ports, and a DC power connector. On the side, there is a Kensington lock slot.
Special attention is paid to maintenance convenience: the case is made of aluminum and supports tool-free component upgrades. The system meets the MIL-STD-810H reliability standard, allowing it to be used in 24/7 mode.
When to expect
The ASUS ExpertCenter PN55 is expected to go on sale in the second quarter of 2026 in various configurations, but prices have not been disclosed yet.
