Hades II Expands to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series in April, Available on Xbox Game Pass

Supergiant Games studio participated in the Xbox Partner Preview with great news — they are expanding the list of platforms where the roguelike action game Hades II is available.

What's known

On April 14, Hades II will be released on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series and will immediately be available in the Xbox Game Pass subscription.

All those interested can already pre-order.

Hades II needs no introduction, it's a highly acclaimed game that was released in early access on Steam and EGS in 2024 and already impressed the public. In 2025, it reached its full release and topped the top-20 highest-rated games of the year according to OpenCritic and became available on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2.

The story centers around the witch Melinoë, who challenges the Titan of Time Chronos and must descend into the underworld and ascend Olympus to achieve her goals.

Hades II features virtually endless replayability, colossal character development variability, and a huge number of humorous dialogues with characters from ancient Greek mythology, with a soundtrack that is beyond praise.
