Yesterday - April 1 - Apple celebrated its 50th anniversary. Undoubtedly, the American company, founded in 1976 by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne, has radically influenced the development of personal computers and gadgets, and many brands pay tribute to its achievements by releasing themed products inspired by the anniversary. For instance, 8BitDo released the Retro 68 mechanical keyboard designed like the legendary Apple II computer.

The popular digital artist and designer Basic Apple Guy also released minimalist wallpapers for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

It's easy to guess that the designer used the Apple logo, which accompanied Tim Cook's open letter published in mid-March, as the basis for the wallpapers.

The wallpapers can be downloaded in high quality on the Basic Apple Guy website, available in both dark and light variants.
