The first information about the CMF Phone 3 Pro — a new flagship smartphone from the sub-brand Nothing, which specializes in affordable gadgets — has appeared online. The Android Headline portal shared interesting information about the improvements the new model will receive, and they turned out to be quite significant.

Qualcomm instead of Mediatek and a bigger battery

According to the publication, the new mid-range smartphone will receive a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, replacing the Dimensity 7300 Pro found in the CMF Phone 2 Pro. An important nuance will be the battery capacity: the typical indicator will be 5090 mAh, but the actual one will be higher — about 5400–5500 mAh, while the charging power will increase from 33 W to 45. For comparison, the previous model had a 5000 mAh battery.

Updated design, excellent display, and less plastic

The Android Headline source mentioned that the novelty will receive a metal frame instead of a plastic one, but the body will remain unchanged — plastic. The screen of an unspecified diagonal will be equipped with an AMOLED panel with a resolution of 2392 x 1080 pixels and a front camera located in a cutout at the top of the screen.

An insider from the publication could not share a render of the CMF Phone 3 Pro, but to show small design changes — he drew a rather comical image of the rear panel by hand, demonstrating minor changes in the camera arrangement.

When to expect an announcement

According to the publication, the release of the CMF Phone 3 Pro will take place within 1–2 months.
